Did I screw up? What will I do tmw w/ a friend who loves to eat? HELP !! PLEASE READ!?

Okay so Im on a diet, today I eat tons of carbohydrates, and total calories of about 1700 im 16, 5"8 143 pounds, i rode my bike for 30 minutes, and did different strength excercises for about 45 minutes. So did I mess up today? TOMORROW!---- I have a friend who is overweight, and just love loves loves to eat , and she is coming over, she wants to have smores, and lemonade, and cake, and fattening food, she thinks im thin, but im trying to eat healthy and lose weight, what can i do when she comes over tmw? how do i not give in to her ways? help me please

Answers:
If your friend wants to eat crap and is fat, let her eat crap and be fat. If you don't want to eat crap, don't. Its really not that hard. If you say your friend is overweight, watching her be overweight should be enough motivation to steer clear.
i am so sick and tired of people obsessing about their weight on here. people need to realize that there are more important things in life than being thin and losing weight. Being 5'8 and 143 pounds...you are thin! there is nothing wrong with your height/weight ratio (BMI) at all! women need between 1500 and 2000 calories a day to be healthy, so please don't stress about consuming 1700 cals - there is nothing wrong with that at all!

there is nothing wrong with indulging in sweets - you deserve a treat! don't let your weight control your life -- it is not worth it. there is more to life!
