I don't know the size or frequency of your meals, but eating small servings more frequently during the day, not only optimizes your digestion but there are a host of other benefits that can results from changing your eating habits. I have read numerous reports suggesting that smaller more frequent meals is one of the best and cheapest method to employ. You already have eliminated quite a few less than healthy dishes...so you have made huge strides already. I have included just one link to a site that list a few other benefits to increasing the number of meals you eat during a day...Great Job so far...

you are simply turning fat into muscle

thats a good thing

you say what you eat but not how much , theres only one way to lose weight with or without exercise and thats to eat less

but i would also keep doing the exercise if you stop it will slow down your metabolism and make it lots harder to lose weight

all the best

Alot of time weight loss is more mental than anything. Yes physical work outs help. But also because your eatting healthy doesn't mean it's gonna help. It's possible that your still consuming more food than your working off. Especially if you eat your meals late at night because then there not worked off, and simply gather up again while you sleep so each time your basically just working off what you gained yesterday. I'm not telling you to not eat, but simply watch your consumption. As well as you have to "think" your getting lighter while your working out. Sometimes the mental capabillity of the mind helps alot with the physical being.
I understand your frustration because I went through the same thing.

You said you are at the gym everyday, give your body a rest for maybe 4 days. Seems like you are turning it all in muscles

I am 25 yo too and same weight, I am a bit shorter than you :(

I tried weight watchers and I am losing weight after years of struggle...

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
