if i eat this cereal called FIBER ONE. for breakfast and lunch then a healthy dinner with a few snacks. do you think ill lose weight? fiber one for one cup of it is 120 calories and 28 grams of fiber. and the milk i drink is around 80 cal. but i drink about 1/4 of it. and i will eat about a 400 cal dinner and 200 cal snacks throught the day along with fruits/veggies. i excercise also 60 min running 17 min mile 6 times a week. i weigh 143 and im 5'2. how much weight do you think ill lose in the next 3 weeks? thanks so much.

That sounds like an excellent plan! It's possible that you could lose around 8-10 pounds (depending on how much you weigh right now).
If you've been doing this for awhile...probably 4-6 lbs =)
