Help me out.?

Question:
I am currently working out at the gym 3 days week with a personal trainer. He tells me to build muscle and show ab definition,I need to follow a high protein, low carb diet. But it has to be about 2,000 calories because he is trying to get my body used to eating more.

Can anyone give me a specific diet I can follow?
Thanks.

Answers:

drink alot of water to and not to much protein alot of things that are high in protein are high in cholestorol and fats so carful and after your workout and before bed are most important times to take in protein good luck
Eat a protein bar and shake for breakfast, thats 65 grams of protein..

Lunch, 8 ounces of tuna, some fruit and another protein shake. about 65 grams of protein

Dinner - 6-8 ounces of Chicken, shrimp and rice, maybe some fruit.. 40 grams of protein.

Workout then drink a protein shake of 45 grams of protein... dont worry about your calorie intake, you will burn the calories, just keep it a low fat intake.
ok the diet that was recommended to you with 5 meals like fruit in the morning then 2 hours later a snack and then 2 hours later chicken and 2 hours later a snack etc that diet was recommended to me today so i am going to try that one you eat extremely small portions but you have 5 meals i need to loose about 100 lbs i am 286 and 186 is ideal for me so my friend who is a personal trainer will be helping me out friday good luck and keep me posted
