I run at night and when I get home it is 9:00 pm. What should I eat when I get home ?

Question:

Answers:
Something high in protein and low in carbohydrates:
Chicken Breast
Tuna
Lean Meat
Protein Shake
Etc.
I'd suggest something very light, but filling enough for you to not be starving in the morning. I'd eat cereal or oatmeal if you're planning on eating that late!
Nothing, you dont want to eat that late at night, by the time your body breaks down the food it will be stored as fat, unless you eat a small piece of grilled chicken, and some fruit, maybe a yogurt. something small.
drink a protien meal replacement and hit the sack.
For dinner or a snack?
If you run/work out before dinner, you definitely need protein. Have a tuna salad if you're up for that, other wise, have something like, grilled chicken wrap- Wraps are perfect, just make sure there's protein in there to build your muscles. You should also make sure you don't go to sleep until about 2 hours after the meal so that you burn it all off. Hope this helped.
Yeah... I'm going to say a big negative on the red meats prior to bed. It's going to take about 4 hours to digest a 3oz portion. You should be doing your runs at around 6:30 pm at night. If this is not possible then try to stick to something that has some sugar in it. All you really need is to replace the burned energy. I.e. an oatmeal and raisin cookie. (One of my favorite) baked goods are a GREAT way of dealing with this dilemma.
