I personally don't think coffee is bad.
Everybody says u shouldn't drink too much, or drink before going to bed, or this and that.
I could drink coffee the whole day and it doesn't make a difference.
When I was little, that's what we had for breakfeast, coffee, milk and bread.
No problem for me, if u like it , then enjoy it!
Coffee is bad for everyone. There is way too much caffiene and usually people put loads of cream and sugar in it making it an extremely unhealthy beverage.
Switch to green tea with some honey. It is delicious and healthy.
It is fine to drink up to 2 cups daily. Do not worry it is not gonna do anything bad to you. It is just stimulating your metabolism rate which makes you more energetic. That's all.
Caffeine is addictive and coffee can stain your teeth. I've heard of teens going to the ER from drinking too many energy drinks (much more than 2 cups of coffee though, but still caffeine makes your heart beat faster, etc).
I drink 1 cup of coffee a day, which I don't think is bad for you. However I am 21 and all done growing and you probably aren't done growing at all!
I suggest you just quit drinking coffee and switch to tea, you might get a headache a few days and be a little tired, but you'll be normal after a few days. If you're tired just get more sleep!
Its not that big of a deal, drink it if you want just don't drink those fancy coffee drinks that are just pure sugar. Plain, black coffee has 0 calories and those things have like 500 calories.
If you have trouble quitting just remember that cigarettes are about 34782 times more addictive and never do them.
Please learn from ME. I drink coffee in excess every morning and ice tea all day. Not only is the caffeine bad but what is worse is the acid.
I now have a condition called "Acidocis". It is not fun and hard to cure.

The PH Miracle. It works but it is extreme and hard to follow as you can eat no meat, no dairy, no fruit, no carbos, no fast food, etc. And you must dring 5-7 liters of PH alkaline water a day, take green energy food supplements, and more. It can take 3 months or more to correct the damage.
I learned my lesson and I hope to save you from the same bad health. I gained 60 lbs and cound not get it off even not eatting, all because of the acid in my blood (from the coffee and tea). Now I have to deprive myself to correct my blood and make it alkaline again. But it is better than the diseases it causes.

I don't think coffee is bad for you at all, they are even showing studies that woman who drink coffee at least 3 cups daily have improved memory as they age. I drink coffee daily, but I am 33 and I am dieting. I use the Coffeemate Fat-free creams in my coffee in moderation and I am still losing weight so it hasn't slowed any weight loss but I am on a low calorie, low fat diet.
