Good weightraining workouts?

Question:
what are some good workouts for building mass on your arms, and chest, like if you are at home, and how many reps and how many reps its to much, and also for your abs

Answers:
well, that kinda depends on what kind, if any weights you have at your house. if you have weights, you want to practice on bench press, incline press, curls, butterflies, tricepts, and military press. however if you dont have any weights, you want to do pushups, lots of em.and some chinups, some dips, and when you are doing pushups, do different variations of them. for instance, do some with your arms far apart, (that will work your the outer part of your chest and your sholders on the back part.) do some with your arms very close together or hands touching each other (that will work your inner chest and the front part of your sholders) then you can do some explosive pushups. thats where you push up really fast and make your hands come off of the ground then clap while your hands are in the air and repeat. (that will work all over. ie. your back, sholders, pecs, abs, arms...) for the ab work, just do some good old fashoned crunches and situps. dont put your hands behind your head tho because this can harm your neck and your lower back. just cross your hands and place them on your chest. you can also do these with some weight on your chest. that will make your results come faster. another ab work out is 6'' leglifts. thats where you lay down flat on the floor with your arms down strait by your side with your palms down, then lift your legs 6'' off of the ground and hold it untill your legs finaly just give out. this will work your legs, glutes, and abs.

well, i hope this helps
good luck
First off I suggest going to bodybulding.com because they have a huge selection of workouts.

There are many workouts you can do that provide you with mass bulding. Depending upon your experience with lifting german volume training is a good mass building workout.

The thing to remember about reps is that if you want to tone your body (making your body more defined) then do small amount of weight and lots of reps usually around12 to 15. If you want to gain muscle then go big weight low reps about 6 to 8 reps.
