I am obsessed and a calorie counter?!?
Question:

Wow you're just like me. I count all my calories, and if i mess up my eating routine, like if i eat something unhealthy or feel as though i'm binge eating, I feel like i've messed up my whole day, then for the rest of the day, i don't feel like eating something healthy because i feel as if i've already messed it up for the day & it's a lost cause.
(i mean, i'm not the least bit fat & i'm sure that you're not either, but it just bothers me lol.)
So I'd like to see some answers with this.
also, i eat those mini wheats & half a cup of skim milk for breakfast or sometimes a piece of fruit, and it doesn't always fill me up either.
I'm 15, 5'6", and 125 pounds. I, too, count calories, although not quite as much as you. It's good to know what you're eating, but not obsessively.
When it comes to breakfast, I eat a bowl of regular, vanilla yogurt. I put various fruits and berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries - those are the best) and all natural granola in it. It tastes great, and it's really healthy. It'll also keep you really full.
Remember: breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I never used to believe it, but it really is. It sets the standard for the rest of your day.
