Not really. There's not enough calcium in them to do it. The daily recommended minimum of Calcium is 1000 mg, which should be spread out between 2 separate doses because your body can only use up to 600 mg of Calcium at any given point in time. It's also a very good idea to take other things to supplement your calcium to assist in the absorption like Magnesium, Vitamins D and K, Boron, Ipriflavone, and many other things.
