Hi. I'm 13, and I'm trying to lose 40 pounds. I wanna do it the healthy way, I am gonna go on a low carb diet for 2 weeks, and eat healthy you know, with wheat, fruits veggies etc for the rest of my weight loss plan. But I will be at school, and I can;t snack throughout the day, but at lunchtime what do you suggest I eat? It can only be stuff like vegetables, not starchy, chicken, cheeses. stuff like that. oh by the way, it cant be stir fry cuz i dont want cold stir fry, and i cant heat it up. and something else besides a chicken salad.
