im 15 and i wana weightlift more, but my schools gay and doesnt have a gym cuz its a private school and small. i do about 50 pushups everyday and 40ish situps. im oly 100 pounds cuz my metabolism is wiked low. anyway, how can i gain liek 4ish pounds and grow taller (im 5'4ish). is my workout efficient enough? (i work out AFTER i eat, i think i should def change it to bfore)

well muscle weighs more then fat so eat not too much and really healthy then wait half an hour to an hour to work out and work out till you cant work no more then move to next exercise.
