but try this to lose weight
build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.
eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.

do aerobic exercises

and if you're gonna do sit-ups, cutches, pull=ups, etc. add 10 per day
starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.

Really do! It took me 19 hours altogether
to put this together.
I went through all my magazines
and look through the internet, for good sites
ask families and friends, and thought what i did
to put this together.
And read newspaper.
Also i'm a very slow typer.
Diets dont have to be complicated. If you want a simple meal grab a can of vegetable broth, various veggies, flour, water, and what meat you like. Make dough out of the water and flour, just mix until doughie. Cut the dough into little strip or squares and cook in the broth. Cook the vegetables in there too.
Getting a snack doesn't mean you have to go to the store or cook when you're hungry. Get a lot of raw vegetables and fruits and put them in containers or bags and keep them at your office, or at home. When youre on the go grab a bag/container and there is your snack. You can always have chips or cookies as snacks as well. Pre-devide them into the serving portions so you know you wont eat more than you need to. Keep bottles of water in your car incase youre thirsty which will help remove the temptation of buying sugar drinks. If you need flavoring get Crystal Light or the Crystal Light packets.
