How do you keep your weight but get toned?

I enjoy being a "bigger" women and I don't really want to lose my weight, actually I probably couldn't if I wanted to! Anyways, Being a plus size women is who I am and I enjoy that.. Skinny isn't for me. I would just like to tone up a little bit so I am not flabby... Get it?? Is there a web site or technics for this?? Thank U!

You are going to have to address body composition. If you want your size then replace your fat weight with muscle weight. The only way to do that is to subsidize your weight routine with a cardio workout. Establish weight regime of opposing muscle groups on opposing days. You may consider paying for 1 hr with a personal trainer. But you do need to get rid of the fat. There is just simply no other way to achieve this.
