How can i gain some weight quick and easy???


Question:
I weigh about 133, but i want to be 140 or close. Please dont tell me to eat more and do not tell me to eat burgers and fries and soda pleas, If i had a good appetite for food i would be much bigger. I very rarely get hungry. Doctors keep telling me i look great, my weight is ok, but i am not trying to look like what someone else thinks i should look like. I current drink a weight gaining shake so i try....so please tell me something i dont already know..Please!!!

eat 1 avocado a day, bananas, potatoes, lotsss of nuts and peanut butter(&jelly:) sandwiches (on whole wheat bread), whole wheat pasta!!..
those are healthy foods but if eaten in large portions, you can gain weight..fast!

your right, DO NOT listen to people who will say eat junk food and mcdonalds all day"..DON'T!! not only will you gain weight with those foods but you will also get diabetes, heart attacks and so many other diseases out there linked to those foods..

Fast food, except that's not healthy, and you'll gain weight and won't be healthy. Eat more hearty foods like meats, potatoes. Delicious home made meals and enjoy every bite!
You could also increase your caloric intake to a slightly higher amount.

I don't know what type of shake you are drinking but the normal weight gaining shakes have about 400 calories in them. You need to drink at least 3 shakes daily in addition to the food you are eating. You have to consume an extra 3500 calories to gain one pound of body weight. Concentrate on creamed soups, gravies, bread and butter. I am sure that you are eating well but you do have to increase your food intake to gain weight.
I would like to give you a few of mine! :)

Try changing what you do eat to predominantly carbs. Pasta, Breads etc.

Are you wanting to gain more muscle mass or just weight? Try working out more with heavy weights and eating more protein. You may just have a high metabolism and you'll just have to eat more. It takes 3500 calories to gain a pound, so try adding 500 more a day beyond what you burn off regularly and in working out. Check out fitday.com and it will help you see how many calories you're taking in and burning off. 500 extra calories a day would mean it would take about 7 weeks to be where you want to be.
Why would you choose to be overweight? I can tell by the way you wrote that you are young. Remember as you get older you usually gain weight,and also that xtra wt is bad for your heart and kidneys. Just eat healthy.I'm sure when you have a few more yrs on you ,your metabolism will change & you will gain more wt than you ever wanted to.
eat healthy really healthy every 2 hours or so
be careful what you wish for.you are at a healthy weight.if you get much heavier every time you go to dr,they'll tell you its your diet!and to lose weight.i'm your size and broke my back,they said i had to lose weight,hjugh,where from i asked.good luck,whatch out for bad cholesterol.
