i am on the abs "diet" meal plan which isn't a diet at all. rather it teaches you how and when to feed your body so that you turn it into a fat burning machine without cutting calories or food groups. today's menu is this:

breakfast: 2 slices oroweat lite, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1 whole egg/3 egg whites scrambled with a tsp of ground flax seed, and some slices of tomato (made into a sandwich type thing)

snack1: 1/2c fiber plus cereal, 1/2c skim milk, 2 tsp natural peanut butter

lunch: 1 cup romain lettuce, 3 tbsp fat free italian dressing, half a tomato, 1 carrot, 1 red pepper, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 2 oz grilled chicken

snack2: 3 slices deli turkey, 1 large orange, 1 cup skim milk

snack 3: 1 oz almond, 4 oz cantalope
