My legs are boney and skinny how do you make then bigger?

If you want to make your legs bigger you need to start weight training this will give you the shapely legs you've always wanted, im not sure if your a member of a gym but some of these exercises i've listed can be performed at home.
find below a leg workout you can do twice a week

Leg Workout:

Squats 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions
Leg Press or Lunges 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions
Leg curls 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions
Leg extensions 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions

you should be strutting bigger shapely legs in about 6-8 weeks.

well firstly we need to know how old you are and is the rest of u under weight ? if u r underweight u need to eat fullfat foods for about a few months and if ur over 14 u cn go to the gym and work out -
get sum muscles.

If oldr focus on muscle groups callisthenics jumping jacks push ups situps except focused on legs star jumps bunny hops squats jumps. Leg extension calf extensions helps but I personally don't like lifing weights if you lift weights. Stretch and run a lot and also a bit of aerobics works wonders.
