How can I burn It off?


Question:
OK so im a 12 1/2 girl and i am 5'4'' and i weight 132 pounds i play soccer and softball and i take soccer camps, I am not confortable withmy body, i wanna slim up, and I have tried lookign at diets, but none seem right for a 12 year old, i would like to tone my body, my parents wont let me go to the gym, and well I know soccer wont tone up my stomach, so If you have an diet ideas or and ways I could slim up, that would be nice :) thanks

I don't know how many times you are playing football and softball a week but you are doing exercise. So this means that the area which you are falling down on is your diet. Diet in this way does not necessarily mean the Atkins diet, it means what you eat. More or less your nutrition. Cut out junk, watch your portions, cut out soft drinks and sweet fruit juices. It's no problem to ask your mum to give you more veggies at dinner (even though you might not want it) or to cut back on the sauce. Exercises such as crunches will help tone the abominals (muscles in the stomach) but you won't see them until the fat is gone. Search up on about.com if you need anymore exercises. Good luck!
