I don't know how many times you are playing football and softball a week but you are doing exercise. So this means that the area which you are falling down on is your diet. Diet in this way does not necessarily mean the Atkins diet, it means what you eat. More or less your nutrition. Cut out junk, watch your portions, cut out soft drinks and sweet fruit juices. It's no problem to ask your mum to give you more veggies at dinner (even though you might not want it) or to cut back on the sauce. Exercises such as crunches will help tone the abominals (muscles in the stomach) but you won't see them until the fat is gone. Search up on about.com if you need anymore exercises. Good luck!
