OK. I'm not a huge person lol, But I do have fat on my belly and Butt. I portion my food, Eat well, and also not so well (not a lot tho) and I exercise. I have lost 6 to 7 inches around and on my breast I have went down one cup size. My pants are loose (a lot) lol But I feel like I don't know if it's working all that good. I want to loose the weight just not really really fast. and I won't diet, it makes me sick when I do. and i love exercising... What are some exercises to work my belly and my butt and the sides of my butt? Thanks!

Try Pilates. They will tone up your muscles so even if you don't lose any more weight from your problem areas, you'll look thinner than you actually are.
Get someone to massage your sides.
It should work.
