I manged 5 lbs a week by increased intake of water, no sodas or juice. Eating a single KFC chicken wrap for lunch and a small dinner, sorry I'm not a breakfast person. And this is the kicker, not only working out, but working out & sweating for a half an hour just before bed. I was doing Tae Kwon Do kicks and focusing on form. Your legs are the largest muscle you have keeping them moving burns you more calories.
all supplements are kind of gimmicks. they dont burn fat necessarily. hoodia will jsut suppress appetite and give you more energy that will enable yourself to lose the weight. Just eat high lean protein, low carb, 6 small meals a day and hit the cardio hard!
Hoodia did NOTHING for me.
Not sure about Hoodia, but a lot of those 'loose weight quick' diets simply make you.. ahem.. purge the junk in your body.
Seriously - if you take that diet drink, be prepared to stay at home very close to the toilet for a good 2-3 days.
Do you really want to be apart of something that says your "too fat lose weight?" I wouldn't.
20 lbs. in 3 weeks is a little beyond impossible. Don't try you'll probably hurt yourself attempting it. Just work at it, set a goal weight, and don't miss out on baseball next year. Don't try that hoodia juice...not safe. Exercise...lots of water...healthy diet. And if you're not smart you probably won't take my advice. Hope you're not another Scare Crow. Good Luck to You.
tonytumason is right, low carb (lean meats, green vegetables/salads, cheeses) and exercise will do it. I once lost 15 # in 3 weeks and I did not do much exercise, so if you are younger it will work. Just take care to keep a balance in your diet once you've lost the weight so it doesn't all come back on. And take some vitamins too.

the healthy rate of weight loss is 2 lbs/per week.
those products that claim "weight loss", make you lose, muscle, water, and even organ weight.(not healthy at all)
they say you lose weight, not "fat"
