Its not impossible. Do this. Eat nothing but fruits and vegetables for the next 3 days.
do 75 sit ups a day. (hint: I do mine on the bed and my husband holds my legs down)
Walk approx 3 miles a day.
Do all of the above for the next 3 days and you will see results. I did.
easily...all u need 2 do is sit ups every day.to flatten it alittle...but wateva u do dont stop eatin thats so not good...just do situps.and ur stomach will be flat in no time
This won't work in 3 days, it'll take about a week, but it's definatly noticeable.
Eat fruits and vegetables, and Dannon 60 calorie non fat yogurt (I think it's called Lite-n-Fit) and drink nothing but water!
And make sure to excercise a lot too.
