Well if you can already do all those things, most likely your arms are already strong. If you want like big arms, lift weights and keep adding more and more weight everytime you get used to a certain weight.
Make sure to rest your muscles for at least 2 minutes between each rep, so you don't fatigue your muscle and your energy doesn't die quickly.
It will up to a point, depending on how much you weigh. After that, you'd need to start hitting the iron.
i think that you should start running. when you pump your arms, you go faster with your legs. then it evens out so your legs aren't skinny and then you'll have a great body+strong arms. running is the best sport anyway :]
