alright.. do NOT take a multivitamin. . if you need those vitamins eat the food that they contain.
if you want tons of energy right in the morning eat FRUIT!!! you can have as much as you want as long as its fruit, don't mix it with other things because fruit is the easiest thing for you body to digest.

most ppl cant understand, but activity begets activity.meaning that when you do activities more frequently then your body will be able to do even more activities then before.. it might take a week or 2 of working out but if you do some activity, like walking jogging or anything pretty much more than you have been doing your body will respond with more energy.Humans are creatures of habit.so make a habit of working out a lil and you will see your energy rise...other than that.maybe if you smoke crack all day you can have that energy but with a new side effect.=addiction. so stay with the workout thing.Kanye got one.lol
Take a multivitamin before you go to bed. thats what I started doing...and i dont feel so yucky and tired when I wake up now.
