What are some tips for staying motivated give or take a few working out?

I try to keep going but I other fall out of it. I'm a big procrastinator and other pull the "I don't consistency like it. I'll do it later/tomorrow." I other feel so accurate after I workout, too. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Answers:    A few things I'm trying because I believe it works and I'm the same approach you are.

1.) Set the timer for 30 Minutes, work out hard for those 30 minutes, later stop, and congratulate yourself. Work for 45-60 minutes after you've done this a week, and then soon you will enjoy a habit down.

2.) Get yourself a cheap MP3 player. No Zune or iPod, but something around $20-$40, put your favorite upbeat tunes on it, and exercise next to that. This way, you can't hear any distractions (phone, cats, dogs, neighbors, cars, city noise), and it's a great work-up. It's approaching "Wheeee imma dance but erect this weights instead"

3.) Get someone/something else to exercise with you. They influence that if you have a friend or something helping you, you are smaller amount likely to plunge out of exercise (same can be said with dieting). My soul during the week is my high vitality beagle who loves to walk/jog all over the place. Weekend is my husband who lift weights and also walks.

Good Luck!
