Answers:
Holy crap.
Yeah you really do need to gain weight.
To gain weight you need to just increase
your intake of calories.
Maybe eat about 500 more calories
than you usually do everyday.
But don't forget to keep exercising
lmao ur 17 years old and 98 pounds not even 100 pounds lmao!!! u skinny rail.. wtf 17 yyears old you should be ri[[ed and wieght a hell of a lot more. lmao
wait ..

Its ok dont pay attention to obese people who get jealous of you. because you are underweight dude.
I weight 140 pounds and im 14 .
Ok you need to keep exercising the same and add lots of meats and fish and veggies and fruits into your diet
and lots of meats and you will slight keep getting bigger by exercising with eating a good diet with meats and fish...
and trust me you will have an amazing body..

Good luck and remember YOU CAN DO IT
you definitely need to gain some more weight. just eat normally. you shouldn't eat unhealthy foods but fast food and soda is ok once in a while. just don't worry about your weight but you should defnitely gain some more weight. it also depends on how tall you are. you can do a bmi check online. just type in bmi calculator and it will tell u where u are.
yea! i think that you need to weigh at least 110 and even that is probley underweight for you!
98 lbs. may be a healthy weight if you're not very tall
