you need to stretch your feet and circle them and dont over exert yourself you might tear a muscle go at a steady pace you dont feel the pain then gradually increase your workout its all about time and your body will adjust
could be a bursa, or plantar fascitis, which is pretty painful. I always get pain in my heels when walking and running, so I had to get insoles made for my trainers which have helped somewhat, but I need to go to the GP for a steriod injection into the heel now.
hurt? explain? if its a pain then its probably because you have weak ankles and u should get that checked up. if its a burn tahn thats a good sign. it means ur working them out
Not being used. But better go to a doc.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
