Question:
Ok...I'm 16 Years Old Male...5'11...177 pounds.eating 1,300 calories a day.My meals consist of small servings of low sugar cereals (special K, corn flakes, rice crispies) with skim milk and mix them with substitute sugar or sandwiches with whole wheat bread and boneless chicken or with a tablespoon of peanutbutter each. I also eat salads with chicken and fruits. I drink nothing but skim milk(in moderation) and water (10 cups a day) and green tea (1 cup a day). I run up and down my stairs 60 times and do laps in my pool for about an hour (with some rest) every afternoon. I also do 100 crunches every night. Every 3 days I bench press (4 sets of 12 reps) and add 10 pounds every 3 days (right now i'm at 90 pounds). I'm trying to get lean and ripped with probably 8% bodyfat or so because I want very visible abs and pecs. So I was wondering...what do you think of my diet...anything I should change or add??...And how long before I am where I want to be?

I think thats really great . And the least it could take is 1-3 months and the most that it could take is 4-6 months and if it doesn't work after 4-6 months then I think you should change your diet . I hope everything works out for you .
Increase ur protein intake before you benchpress since u are increasing the weight. Try doing crunches with ur back on the floor and ur knees against ur bed with ur calves on ur bed. Its tighter and works better. Use different swimmin strokes on each day of da week. 2 raw eggs in da morning does wonders. Good luck!
