Will I lose 2 pounds in a week with this plan?


Question:
I have decided to go on this diet plan. In the morning I will have fruit salad for breakfast. I will have lunch aswell. But I will not have any snacks between lunch and dinner. I will also exercise for 30 or 40 mins! So will I lose 2 or more pounds in a week?
HELP ME!!

Yes, it should. But dont eliminate the snacks if you are used to them, just make them be healthy such as carrot sticks or apples. Good luck

u should just count the calories and eat 1200 clories that will work aswell and do cardio :)
yes it will probably help you, but be careful! if you're used to having a snack between lunch and dinner, now that you don't take that snack anymore dont' eat more at dinner.
try having cereal and yoghurt in the morning! whole grain cereals( fitness by nestle) are the best. i stopped eating after 4 o'clock and i lost weight that way too.
Your body starts sweating when you exercises for more than 40 minutes.
I suggest you to exercise for 1 hour 15 minutes or more if you can.
