Get a treadmill or exercise bike and use that to keep/get in shape. Exercise bikes or cheaper than treadmills, keep up with it daily and you will be healthy. Drink alot of water and electrolyetes (Gatorage, Powerade, SmartWater). If you can't get those than try dancing, I know dancing helps burn calories.
I suggest self.com, pretty good workouts.
buy some fun workout tapes..you can get some cheap ones that are just as good/fun as the more expensive ones
In prison, I used dumbells.
I used to hate rigorous exercises but I was also so sick with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before... I am now in love with regular exercises so much, as keeping my flat stomach makes me feeling so great!

Belly dancing and isometrics to gether tone and burn fat without muscle bulk. No equipt needed and the library should have videos to teach u. Just do what u see by tenseing the muscles this is the point, to work against your own muscle strength. Don't over do first time out or u will have soreness .Take warm bath or shower after work out.

I spent a Little time in jail (not prison) and I saw some pretty inventive moves. Take your towell and toss it over the door you can do pull-ups (both-ways). You can do elevated push-ups from your bed or the main room. It's all upper body strength. If they let you in a couple of empty milk bottles, they can be filled and used for upper body. I doubt any one in jail did training for aerobics.
