Question:
i eat healthy- no processed foods etc and not alot of junk at all
how much would i lose in a week? 2 weeks? is there any way to make it faster?

Depending on what you weigh now, probably around 4-5 a week, and in two weeks up to 10 pounds.

i use to take laxitives and my weight dropped i lost 16kilos in 7 weeks without excersising. although now i regret it. it screwed with my mind totally and took years to get ova and now that i am i feel free im now 17
that is so little calories that its bordering on anorexia!! but only bordering... its a good plan for fast weight loss, but ONLY for a minimal amount of time - a month at most! otherwise, 1400-1600 is a good amount to eat on a regular basis. it will keep your weight the same, and with excercise, you will still lose weight.
you could loose at least 5 pound a week if you do a straight 60 min work out and eat the way you say you eat,, be sure to take a multivitamin, and drink lots of water,, allot of times you thing you are hungry and your not a couple drinks of water will fill you up so always try drinking some water first because hunger and thirst pain are very similar, but if you stick to it you will show results pretty quick GOOD LUCK
The best way to loose weight and keep it off is gradually. It might be slow and not have immediate quick results, but it'll stay off. All the restrictive diets and quick fixes may get immediate results fast, but you normally gain the weight back.
At 5'6 you're at a pretty decent weight, all you probably need is some firming up. As long as you eat healthy food, not too many sweets, empty calories ( such as sodas), and fat just exercise should accomplish your goal, just slower. But the weight will stay off instead of jo-joing up and down.
I think that with your weight and height, you shouldn't lose weight at all.
