Don't give up!! Plan your day!! When I decided to lose weight...I made sure I wouldn't allow myself to fail! When I was to go to the gym...I had to go as far as taking my gym stuff with me to work then NOT going home until I went to the gym first (right after work). Also, don't shop for food when you are hungry..then EVERYTHING will look good to you.
If you fall off the wagon and eat or buy something not on the "good food list", don't beat yourself up.just get right back on the wagon!! It is best to allow yourself a little rather than denying yourself and eventually binging. If you eat 2 scoops of ice cream or frozen yogurt, only eat 1 scoop! I also never keep snacky stuff out in plain sight...out of sight, out of mind!! Good Luck

take it easy.just think about this.u have been feeding ur body with bad food for YEARS & that is y u have become fat so it is fair enough if u give ur body time to get rid off that fat. it will take time. u didnt get fat all of a sudden, it took years..so u won't get thin all of a sudden, it will take time (but not years!!). GOOD LUCK! I KNOW U CAN DO IT! hey, and u can also look at biggest losers pics before/after to get a little more motivated! if they did it, u can do it too!! =)
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They help to increase your metabolism rate and burn body fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
