Of course, since you are in your teen years, your weight will fluxuate a lot- and BMI won't tell you everything cus you might be bigboned or have a lot of muscle.
I'm shooting to be 110, which is in the middle of the healthy weight spectrum for me.
Your weight should be between 94 and 125. I would recommend not going below 100, since you're going to be needing energy to grow. I made a mistake and dieted a lot when I was 12 and 13, and I think that stunted my growth. I was around your height and was between 93-100. So make sure you have enough nutrients and energy inside of you to grow. I think you shouldn't worry much unless you go over 115 or so.

According to the weight chart I found for girls, you should weigh around 125 lbs.
