1500 calories a day with a gallon of water, how many calories do i have to burn to loose 1 or 2 pounds a week?

Question:
THX!
1 or 2 pounds at the least
the more the better

Answers:
3500 calories = 1 lbs. Not too tough if you watch your calories and increase your cardio. Subtract 500 from your daily needs of food and add 500 calories burned in exercise and you'll get 1000 a day. 7 days of that and you have yourself 2 lbs. But you are going to have to determine how many calories you need to maintain your weight. This website will help you determine that: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/calorie...
depending on what you are doing you can enter here do determine how many calories you are burning: http://www.changingshape.com/resources/c...
It depends on what your BMI is.
I'm not sure what "1500 calories a day with a gallon of water" means but your 1-2 pounds a week goal sounds about right. Your body has to use about 3500kcal more than it takes in to loose one pound. Most health and fitness organizations recommend no more that 1-2 pds/week loss! Be dedicated and consistant and you WILL see and feel changes!
