Will this shedule is it possible to loose 5 pounds a week?

if i ride my bike for 30 min
jog for 60 min
jump for 30 min
and toneing stuff like cruches,leg lifts,dunbells
do you think i can

depends what you're eating.. if you're eating pizza and hamburgers while you're doing all that then you probably won't see any results.. but if you're eating fewer than 2000 calories a day and doing all that exercise every day, you could maybe lose 5 pounds a week.. 5 pounds a week is sort of unhealthy though.. plus the toning stuff is likely to cause you to put a little weight back on because you're building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.. measure your waist instead of monitoring your progress in weight..
maybe a little less than 5. but anyway if you do the top three things you are going to gain muscle and tht will add pounds but good luck!

Not in any HEALTHY way. But yes it is possible HOWEVER it is extremly unhealthy and is all water weight so you will put it all back on in a matter of a day or two. Its basically dehydrating yourself by sweating it out through different means but the with the thing you got going you might but you might dehydrate yourself it is much healthier to lose 2-3 lbs per week. please dont try to overdo it it usually is not healthy

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
