whoaaa, you do that everyday?? idk, since I'm a girl, if thats enough, but for me that sure is alot. the thing is, did you just start doing all the exercise? cause if you did then your muscles might get sore the next day. but if your used to this, then i guess your fine.
get a bmx bike and ride it you *****
You're doing pretty good, just make sure you eat lots of protein-rich foods and greens!
See that big juicy steak there? EAT IT NOW! ALL OF IT!
not if your using 1 pound dumbells.
thats enough to get buff but dont push yourself i mean gosh! im a girl and i do 100 sit ups in the morning and 100 at night. and thats it! l0l and im perfectly fine. and its easier for guys to have a great body but its really hard for girls so. .. . . . yea you'll be fine. just dont push yourself too hard i mean really! : )
thats a good way to trim down and tone your body
you are going to want to do more than just pushups and curls (although thats a great way to work your upper body)
make sure to run or something b/c with ur current work out everything is upper body
situps build your abs but under the fat...running will burn the fat so your abs show through from your sit ups so do some type of aerobic workout
and if you have access to weights, do some bench press for your chest and arms and pullups/chinups/curls for your biceps and triceps and shoulders
Well yeah, if you are doing 100 sit ups, that is working on your abs
pushups are working on your arms as well as curls.
So yeah, start with that, and work your way up to doing more. But dont expect results right away, you gotta work for what you want.
Also, make sure you eat right, and to help, i would recommend NOxPlode, it is a supplement for weight training.
Good luck!
That made me laugh about the "oh and im a guy". Well, if either of your parents are thin, then it is probably genetics and you can't do much about it. Don't worry though, you're only 16 and most guys grow for a few years after that.
Male body dysmorphia at 16. Nice.
umm...i think your underweight.
how tall are you? when my brother was 16 he started going to the gym for almost 2 hours a day. now he is 21 and HUGE... i would say go for half that amount of time :)
