Doing skipping everday atleast for 200 times is helpful to reduce weight in 1 months or not?

it is considered a type of exercise, so followed with proper diet, i guess you could loose some weight by skipping. you might also want to add some weight training in to tone your body. muscle burns fat which burns more calories, even when resting.

it depends. if u do skipping 200 times , but eat 10 times more, definitely it won't help

take enough water, sleep , balanced diet, (enough nutrition)
and last but not least ------exercise
