How do I gain weight?

I am 13 years old, 5'3" and weight only 85 pounds. I am sick and tired of everyone at school calling me stick, and asking me if im anerexic. I cant even get a girlfreind, because all the girls make fun of me. I eat like a freakin sumo too. I try so hard to gain weight...I eat non stop, but it never works. Theres nothing genetically wrong with me as far as I know...all the doctors act like its normal, but I hate myself, and I cant live this way. I just want to be normal, and its unfair that I have to be the butt of every joke. Please help me...

You know i used to be the same way... The only reason your so skinny is because your body is going through puberty. Everything you eat is going to your height. When you stop growing taller you will start growing out wider. So wait a little. Your only 13 why do you need a girlfriend? Just enjoy middle school cause once you go into high school it wont be all fun and games anymore. By the way.. you can also take weight gainers which is basically 100% protein (at GNC) but i recommend you wait till you grow some more.
you eat chocolate and other cakes donuts deep fried things and stuff with huge amounts of callories and fat
first of all relax...stress can induce weight loss. youre sooo young you could have a high metablosim there is nothing wrong with you. i know lots of people whod kill to have a high metabolism. embrace whats great about yourself dont worry about looks so much. when you get older itll get better. for now try power bars and high protein foods like steak and chicken. itll get better i promise hang in there.

Drink Ensure everyday, they have a kind for weight loss it can be found in most drug stores and supermarkets, ask your parents to get you some. That and lots of lots of candy will help you gain weight for sure.
kay .. #1 im 25 lb under weight and i keep eating a lot to. like all i do is eat and try to be lazy but its not working. so like i just decided to not worry about it. because if u just worry about it then u just seem to loose more weight so im just going to not worry about it and hope 4 the best.

first of all u shouldn't get worried for anything. World is big and ur problem is nothing. u should believe urself. girls are not life, coming up in life is life. u shoud found out the skills of urself in ur mind and try to implement it. ok

try this, wake up early in the morning. add some teaspoons of honey in a glass of milk and drink it in a empty stomach. do this until u gain weight. i am sure it will work.
A) relax. You burn more calories when stressed.
B) eat slower, and nutritiously.
c) start to lift weights, but you don't want to do a lot, as it may jump your metabolism. Heavy enough that your muscle is fatigued in 1 set of 8-10. Not too heavy, as it may damage the areas in your bones that actively grow.
d) get plenty of sleep. Your metabolism slows when asleep and rest, making it easier to gain weight. Think of bears and hummingbirds. Bears are famous for sleeping a lot, and being big. Hummingbirds for flying constantly. Be more a bear.


At 13, don't worry about a girlfriend. They 'll mostly be overly emotional the next 5 years, and some only a bit better after that.

At your size, you may able to be an excellent runner, since you are so light . If you become an excellent runner, good things will come. Track teams tend to have a lot of nice people who don't pick on people for their size. In fact, befriend someone who is big, they have trouble making friends, too. He can throw the shotput while you run.

Worrying about 13 year old girls should not be high on your list of priorities.
Calm down man, you must have a fantasticly fast metabolism, which is not a bad thing most bodybuilders would kill for that, start increasing your carbhydrates eg: oats, pasta, brown or wholemeal bread, mixed with fish,meat , and if your that bothered some meal replacement drinks on top of it all, but due to your age the testosterone ( male hormone ) is kicking in now so it will take time and if you worry to much that will cause weight loss too so chill, when there all fat you are gonna look great relax enjoy !!
