I have started my strict calorie controlled diet today, I have only ate 1950 calories today. I am starving?

what can I eat with my spare 50 calories?

I had the smaller pizza from the shop today, that is 200 calories. the small portion of chips I reckon is 150 calories. The rest I ate today on crisps, chocolate and a big fry up at tescos

You need to consult your doctor before putting yourself on a diet.The best advice comes from those that know and have dealt with so many times.You look large if thats you in the picture no offence but be safe and consult your doctor.

Get some fruit and veg down ya.
If you're not getting enough food on one diet, go on 2. for example, go on the atkins for all your lard, bacon, sausages etc, then try slimming world for your allowance of bread, endless potatoes etc. if you're still hungry, add weight watchers to increase your daily allowance. you'll be super slim being on 3 diets!!

you should try eating high fiber foods they slow down your digestive system and higher your metablism to make you feel fuller longer. here are some high fiber foods you could try strawberries or and apple figs chick peas a potato broccoli brown rice beans bran or nuts

Jesus, what were you eating before. I think if you are being serious you should look at the fat contect of the food rather than calories as this will also affect you weight.

Eat more fruit, a hearty breakfast in the mornings such as porridge/ toast/cereal in themornings to really fill you up for the rest of the day, snack on things with little calories such as nuts, rice cakes (snack-a-jacks are good as even the caramel ones only have 20or so calories in and tast just like popcorn.

I think really you need to get rpofessional advice on your diet if you are aiming to lose weight as you wont do it eating cr*p full of fat.

If that's what you are going to eat, than whats the point of restricting your calories. Go get a double bacon burger - make sure you hold the lettuce and tomatoes - they might mess up your diet.

eat fruit.tomorrow don't eat that much fat.even if the food you eat doesn't have very many calories it may contain a lot of fat.
if you want to lose weight you cant keep eating junk food, you need to eat healthily. Fruit, veg, good carbs, good fats and treats in moderation. Everyday have a "treat" so you dont feel you are missing out and if you want pizza and chips you can always make them yourself its healthier or opt for thin and crispy pizzaz and low fat oven chips. Do exercise too! Hope this helps.
