Question:
I've heard that drinking cold water helps to burn calories, so that's what I'm doing right now. And I'm trying to walk around as much as possible (I work in an office). Got any other suggestions?
I was planning on going to the gym after work, and now I;l be sure to work extra hard tonight. Luckily, I didnt eat any fast food...it was just a turkey & ham sandwich at Togo's. Haha!
Anyways, what else can I do to get rid of the TOO full feeling?!

just walk around... drink hot tea if you have any...and if you work in a job where you have to sit... just stand for some time... i'd try to avoid drinking water too much since you feel tight in your tummy... try to go to the bathroom and see if you can push anything out (i dont mean to be nasty but hey it helped me before). so next time i hope you learned your lesson... hehehe before you eat out just drink at least a glass full of water and then, try to listen to what your tummy says and not to what your mind says... hope you will feel better soon... good luck... and im sorry you are feeling this way ... I'd hold off on some water for now til your stomach has a chance to empty. I hate that feeling too!! I've made a huge effort lately to stop eating as soon as I start feeling full!! You wont instantly burn off all the calories but a good workout later may help you feel better!

Stretch a bit... and drink water... slowly or you'll explode.

well what i do is eat some fruit i dont know why but that always makes me feel better and then i read in readers digest that thats what your sopose to do
Lol omg yes! I do it everday n is y i am fat. Try to drink lots of water befor you eat so that you are full and you won't end up eating so much. As for yuck feeling afterwars idk. good luck.
Yeah it helps if you just walk, i am sure you heard of something called fasting? arabs do it, but anyways my friend thats an arab told me that when they finally get to eat, they feel HUGE like how u feel, so she told me she goes walking around her house then by a matter of minutes its less full. so just keep walking around, it'll help
This might sond a little weired but it works. If you can make yourself burp, do that it will get any extra air out of your tummy to take a little of the pressure, also try to pass gass.lol

Keep walking. And drink water. But I must warn you that drinking water fills you up. Try hot tea. Perhaps Mint flavored (it helps the stomach digest). That's pretty much the only thing you can do. I have that happens sometimes, and I HATE it. There's nothing I hate more than over eating (even a little). It's so uncomfortable. I want to cut my stomach off afterwards.

Why are you so worried about your weight or your diet? Just try to enjoy life. You exercise and try to eat healthy so stop fussing over it. You look fine to me, not fat.
