100 Calorie Packs with milk?

Question:
I've been eating the 100 Calorie Packs lately, but I can't seem to eat the Chips Ahoy! or Oreo ones without drinking milk with them (1%). I don't have much choice but to eat them now, because I just got a huge Costco box of them yesterday (24 total of Oreo, Chips Ahoy! and Cheese Nips). I just feel like I'm defeating the purpose of eating the 100 Calorie Packs when I drink milk with them. What should I do?

Answers:
Milk is not that bad, as long as you control how many packs of this cookies are eating in a day, some people think that just because are 100 calories is OK to eat as many packs as they want, it should be made 1-2 per day and with 1 glass of milk is OK.
Try Skim milk
Milk isn't entirely bad for you, especially if you are drinking 1%. If your goal is to lose weight, just remember to add in the calories from the milk as well. You can also move to soy milk or fat free if you can stand it, to help lower the calories.

Hope this helps! :-)
Drink Skim milk. And only drink 1/2 cup. That cuts the calories in half ( they now equal 40 calories). Or, just dip them in the milk and pour the rest out.
its okay, i drink it all the time with those snacks too.
as long as your drinking milk and not soda, its still all good.
try getting reduced milk, %2.
youll get use to it, when i tried regular milk, i actually didnt like it anymore, but it was good, just wasnt use to it anymore.
don't trip.
