Answers:
At your size (which is a normal weight), losing 10-15 pounds in a month would be unhealthy. Give yourself more time. Eat as much food as someone of your height and age should be eating. Eat healthily, drink LOTS of water (8-10 glasses per day), and exercise. But don't overdo it. Odds are, your body will read not eating as starvation, and it will begin storing fat, not burning it. Do it right - it's the only way.
that sounds really intense! sometimes when you excersise a lot you gain muscle which makes you weigh more. muscle is better than fat so i think that if you are looking for a way to gain muscle then you should eat plenty of proteins.
500 sit ups per day? Holy crap! You're going to be doing a lot of exercise and you will need to eat more than a piece of fruit for breakfast and toast for lunch. The exercising is good, but try not to over-do it and hurt yourself. The meals will need to be healthier, just in small portions. Yes you can loose about 10 pounds.how long? Make this habbit as your manner. I believe you cant get better performance and stay healthy
Yes. You will lose weight. I don't think it'll be 10-15 a month but it could if you are 100% devoted to your plan. I think it's a good idea. Good luck.
you're plan is great. At that rate, u will look amazing in a month. Especially the 500 sit ups a day. If u can keep that up, my hats off to you. :) But don't over do it, you're not over weight for your height...but you will definitely feel a whole lot better, and most definitely look GREAT!!! Good luck to you.
yea you will lose weight but you need FOOD to lose weight also...if you do not eat some protein everyday then you will get too skinny and also be very unhealty...so just take some vitamin pills or just eat some meat everyday and you should be fine
No that is not enough protein, calories, fats (including the good kinds), or overall nutrition to make it through the day healthily. At that rate your body will go into starvation mode, meaning your metabolism will slow down to almost nothing and you will be further away from your goal. That is why crash diets don't work, because once the crashing commenses the weight goes right back (and then some) because your body is trying to make up for the loss of muscle tissue (starvation mode also burns up muscle tissue which helps burn calories so you are actually worse off with a diet like that as your burn away the very muscle which helps burn fat). It would be better to eat a full balanced breakfast and lunch and a lighter dinner, with several healthy snacks in between. Small healthy snacks (e.g. sunflower seeds or other nuts high in protein and good fats, fruit, veggies are all great choices). Everyone's body is different when it comes to how long it takes to shed pounds. The best thing I can tell you is if you stick to the work-out regime above and the eating habits I listed here you should be at your goal weight within approximately 3-6 months. This is a healthy and longer-lasting way of shedding pounds and your body will thank you for doing it the right way.
