am been wrking out for 2 moths i know i need to wrk out more but i was jus wondering if , creatine or whey protein would help me out a little?...how should i do my reps?...and how long till i see results?..o and how long should i wrk out also?

take creatine 5 grams per day and protein after your workout. I recommend you do each body part 1 day per week and do 8-12 reps for maybe 6-12 sets depending on your goals and time your willing to devote to your body.
