What is this line under my stomach??

Question: i have this light line thats under my gut. and it goes across to my hips. a couple of my friends have it too. my stomach isn't fat or anything, does anyone know what its from or what it is?

its the border of the stomache and the reproductive system... cause the reproductive system isnt a stomach therefor it doesnt have fat on it.
