Why can't i lose weight?
Question:
i'm 4'9 & my weight ranges from 90-98
never goes under 90 but never over 98
how do i lose weight x__x
i want to be thin =[

At 4'9 and 90 lbs you are NOT overweight. Don't conform to the pressures of being thin. You are healthy right where you are. Definitely don't listen to the jerks on here saying you are fat. It's people like that who make young girls feel ashamed of themselves and starving themselves...eventually dying. Clanking around in a bone suit is not attractive and don't forget it.
maybe your just born into fat?
Hmm maybe because your not eating the right foods and excersising enough
it sounds to me that you don't need to lose weight. you may be short, but your weight is definitly not high. you might just want to try and get toned, by doing pilates, not nessicarly try and lose weight. if you go swimming that often, you should be pretty fit though.
whats your diet like? if your eating simple carbs all day you wont lose anything no matter how much you exercise.

If you are actively swimming and hopefully eating right dont worry about it.you must be all muscle.which keeps you alive.Im 5'2 and you are maybe at or below your body weight.Please don't worry about it unless your weight is 20 lbs above your ideal body weight.Eat healthy and enjoy life.
Your height and weight aren't necessarily relative to how much you should weigh. It also depends on your body frame size (small, medium, large) and your age. Also consider that muscle weighs more than fat. Eat healthy, since you exercise more than enough.
Well, to me it sounds like you are already thin!! Throw in some weight training that would give you more shape and definition and probably make you feel firmer. If you are eating normally you should be in good shape already. If you are starving yourself, dieting. That will make your metabolism slow down. Eat normally. Eat healthy foods, eat normal portions and get the pictures you see on t.v. and the media about how you should look out of your head. I bet you look great already!
Like some of the others said: you don't sound like you need to lose weight. I have a Chinese friend who is rather broad-boned, so even after she lost a lot of weight, she didn't really look slim. She looked scary, actually, when you can see her bones poking out, yet her face was still wide/ roundish. She looked better when she put some weight back on -- much healthier looking. But she just had to accept that she will not look like those swimsuit models, because of her basic build.
That said, the best way to lose weight is to eat less carbohydrate than you need. Cut down on the rice (about 1/2 cup instead of 1 cup per meal).
OK for one thing if you loose any more weight you wont be able to stand a wind storm,, you do not need to loose any more weight , you said you weigh 90 to 98 pounds, if you keep loosing weight its got good for you, after there's no fat to loose it starts eating muscle then your teeth will suffer, why do you wont to be so skinny, you sound like you are in good shape now,, you are very active, so I think you sound like you are just fine,,, never be to skinny,,, good luck
