Question:

Answers:
Both have thier benefits and flaws. Let me highlight some of them and some research i read about them

Coffee
1) Caffine is known to boast the metabolic system. It keeps you alerted.

2) there are some nedical benefts of coffee too if taken in moredation like a cup or 2 in a day. Like tea has anitoxidants whihc elimiates free radical coffee does have some of these benefits as well

Beer
1) Is was found that a beer a day is good for the system as the it is found to prevent some cancers. But the key is a beer and not like a few beers.Like wine, a glass a day has benefits.

2) also the alcohol helps loosen up the body and your nervous system. So after a stressful day, a beer will calm you down.

The down sides come when youtake too much of either. So long as in moederation they benefits more then outweight the flaws. So go ahead have a cuppa.
Neither in moderation. It's recently been proven that coffee is not a diuretic, so it comes down to alcohol v. caffeine, and the only way either is really bad for you is prolonged or extreme usage.
BEER.you must remember that caffeine is just a stimulant. Alcohol IS A POISON. Even in small amounts, it will still do damage to your kidneys over time which is an organ very important for keeping toxins out of your body and making you look/feel young and healthy. Have you ever noticed how alcohol abusers look really old?
