On a diet... but i BINGED today on healthy food. I am so down right now... need consolation...?

Question:
Breakfast: tiny bit (3 spoonfulls) of brown rice + veggies + boiled egg, then a banana
Lunch: slice of whole grain wheat + 1/4 glass skim milk + bit of brown rice cake (made of brown rice, acorns, dates, walnuts)
Snack: banana
Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical
Dinner: tiny bit of brown rice + boiled egg + lots of veggies
Snack: banana with bit more of the brown rice cake (like a brownie square size)

This is quite a lot for me because I have a short appetite and i eat smaller amounts (not an eating disorder, just a small appetite) and i get full REALLY easily. Although I was still full by dinnertime, my parents were nagging me to eat with them. Then i ended up eating dinner PLUS the extra snack again. And I feel like exploding... I'm thinking of exercising again a little later, but I'm feeling really discouraged about my diet regimine. I really need to get back on track tomorrow, but I keep slipping. =*( At least I ate healthy today.

Answers:
I can really sympathize I try so hard and I have this huge appitite. When I am not dieting I am gaining. The adults in my life are no help.
You have to just say no to them. It is hard but you know when you have had enough.
They will always say "your so skinney"
So?
You're fine. Just lay off the bananas a bit!
You're fine, just start doing some weighted exerscises, muscles burn calories, so you can have more per day.
