If I eat only 4 bananas a day and 2 glasses of milk for 1 week straight, will I lose weight?

Question:

Answers:
Instead of regular milk, try slimfast or other weight loss shake for 2 meals. Those shakes have added vitamins and many different flavors. For your 3rd meal, eat healthy (healthy food and correct portion size). For snacks, eat your bananas or other fruit/vegetables or other lowfat snacks. Find the low fat/low calorie foods that you like and stick with those. For me, I drink a weight loss shake for breakfast, low fat cereal (like cheerios) for lunch, sensible dinner, and snacks like granola bars, yogurt, fruit, veggies, nuts, etc.

The change in diet will help you lose weight, but for fastest results, add exercise. If you work out for 30 minutes 3 times per week, you will start dropping immediately! Atleast one size in 2 weeks. BUT YOU HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF IN THE WORKOUT. Deep down, you know if you are giving 100% or if you can give more! Challenge yourself, and you will see results the first week!

NO CHEATING! Or you are just cheating yourself.

Good Luck!
Yes but u will gain it all back
If you want to lose weight some weeks.
You can try Lose weight a week plan first!

Day 1:

Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.

Day 2:

Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.

For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don’t ever think to fry it)

Day 3:

Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.

Day 4:

Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.

Day 5

Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish don’t exceed 10 ounces.

Day 6

You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.

Last Day

Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.

Replace the milk with water and make it 2 bananas.
Yes, but that's not a well-balanced diet and you'll probably not feel satisfied.
u will. but ull gain it all back after u stop doing that.and it should be fat free milk...i mean if ur lookin just for an answer if ull lose weight than yes...but ull gain it back after u stop.i can come up with a better diet than that that u can stick with for alonger time and let it stay off u for ur life
Maybe, but not as much as you would lose if you ate a balanced healthy diet. Your body would be starving, and therefore, your blood sugar would drop. When this happens, your body starts storing fat instead of utilizing it. So, even if you do lose a couple of pounds, it's going to be the lean muscle mass that you want to keep instead of the fat and you won't physically look any lighter.

Bananas really aren't very healthy, they're the worst fruit there is. As for milk, unless it's skim, it's full of fat.

Try eating 1200 calories a day of healthy food and exercising. You'll see much more drastic, long lasting results.

Best of luck!
yes but unless you keep dieting after you will gain it back again. make sure if you do that that you dont excercise because you wont be eating enough for that. make sure you diet (but still eat at least 1500 cals per day) after that or you'll gain it all back again really quickly

if you really want to lose weight...drinking a glass of pure lemon juice every day helps burn calories AND fat
Yes, but drink some water too.
too many bananas are bad for u
thats too much potassium , it could put u in the hospital. don't do that, and milk is fattening too, if u drink a lot... drink water
That depends.
1 banana = 105 calories
1 cup whole milk = 150 calories (a glass is about two cups)
So your proposed diet is 4*105+4*150 = 1020 calories

Okay, not bad. Not real nutritious but for a week it's okay. What's your daily caloric burn? The second URL will help you determine that.

The only way to lose weight is to have your daily caloric intake be less than your daily caloric usage. Period. You can try all the fad diets you want; doesn't matter.
can u say, UNHEALTHY!! were are all the vitamins, and protein? that's a very bad decision!!
yeah you will lose weight and end up looking like nicole ritchie
You wouldn't be doing yourself any favors. While you may lose weight, you'll gain it back once you start eating more again. Try a balanced diet and some exercise instead. It works a lot better.
Losing Weight By Chewing Less

Eat More! That seems to be the motto for every thing and every one in the United States. The buffets encourage you to eat more – they are, after all, “all you can eat” and you must get your monies worth. The restaurants serve portions big enough for a small family. Even the grocery stores are getting in on the act with “buy one, get one free” specials. It’s no wonder so many people are going to crazy extremes or unique choices to try and win the battle of the bulge.

I want to be healthy again, and I know that eating less is the way to go. But even the size of my dinner plates (which were wedding gifts) is fighting against me in my effort to eat less.

Recently I found a book that is opening my eyes and guiding my path. Kiss Dieting Goodbye by Elliott Young is pulling together the biblical ideal and the health principles into one sound practice.

The best part of it so far has been her tips to help with portion control. I’m trying to put them into practice. Here are some of hers and some of my own.

1. Don’t wait until you are starving to eat. It gives you the sense that you have to make up for lost meals.

2. Measure out your portions. Most human beings only need a food serving that is equal to their flattened fist. That’s not a lot of food, folks.

3. Keep in mind that you can always get more. Here in the United States, there is no lack of food. Don’t feel like you have to “store away” a favorite food because there might never be anymore available to you.

4. Don’t eat from the container. Putting food on a plate or in a bowl will give you an idea of how much you are eating. It will also give you a stopping point.

5. You can only eat just one. Sometimes just the taste is what you crave. You don’t have to eat the whole candy bar or all the M&M’s or the full bag of chips. Satisfy your craving and save the rest for later.

6. Share your meal. Especially when eating out. Most restaurants offer more than enough for two. This will not only help your portion control, but it will help your budget.

7. Can’t split the meal? Then ask for a “To Go” box with the meal. Put half the food away before you even get started.

8. DON’T SKIP MEALS. Keep your energy up and your metabolism running by eating at least three times per day.

9. Avoid the TV. You can’t truly enjoy something that you aren’t focused on. Remember how much better that last meal out tasted? It’s good because you are focused on the experience. Make every meal an experience so that you can savor the food.

10. Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate. It makes the portions look and feel more filling.

Eating less food doesn’t mean I have to deprive myself, it just means I have to control the portions that I lay out. By doing a little planning, taking a little extra time, and making my meals and experience and not just a necessity, I can make portion control a natural way of life.
