What is a conventional thriving stride of shipment loss?

I am on a diet I was put on by a doctor. It's be working. I average about 4-5 pounds a week. Is this a worthy amount. Obviously I would love to lose more each week but I want to be stout.

Answers:    Healthy weight loss stride would be around 1-3 lbs a week. But when you first start, you lose more.

It also depends on how much you weigh currently. If somebody's BMR (basic metabolism rate) is averaging 2000 calories a day, if they dull their food intake to 1500 calories a day, they'll burn more than somebody who's BMR is with the sole purpose 1600 calories a day. The more you weigh, the difficult your BMR is.

Hope that helps (:
At first it will be 4-5 lbs respectively week but after a couple of weeks, average is like 2 lbs. weekly.
