How can i loose 20 pounds without running?

I am currently on a diet and i want to begin exercising. the only problem is i live very far away from a gym and i find running very boring . is there anything i can do at or around home to burn off the fat thats active and will help me shed the last 20 lbs other than running?

Ok, first of all, you don't need diet pills. They can be harmful to your health and have side affects. You also don't have to run to get a good workout. I hate running too. I've been doing Power 90 for that past couple of months and not only have I lost the last 15 pounds that I wanted to lose but it's improved the shape of my body. It's not running but you do get a cardio workout. Power 90 is a set of DVDs that you can order. It alternates a cardio workout with a sculpting workout. I hate to exercise but I love Power 90!! ya cant i play tennis and and never lost weight and i was chunky then i started running three and a half miles every day i am in pretty good shape
