I had 753cal and still starving?!?


Question:
I had dinner at 6pm which was 1 cup mix vegetables and a piece of bread which was 182 calories. In total i had 753 calories today. It is now 8pm and i don't want to eat anything cause i promised i wouldn't eat after 6pm. WHAT SHOULD I DO?! HELP

Eat! If you're female, you need at least 1200 calories a day. Anything under 1000 is considered a starvation diet. When your body starves, it starts storing fat instead of utilizing it. You aren't doing yourself any favors by cutting your caloric intake so low.
that isnt enough cals. you should at least eat 1200. but you mite as well jus go to sleep
That's probably not enough calories. But if you really want to limit yourself, have some more veggies and/or fruit. They're low-cal and won't hurt your diet at all, despite it being past 6 pm.
just eat - it's a myth that you can't eat past 8 pm; it doesn't matter when you eat as long as you burn more calories than you ate.
Are you trying to lose weight? You need to eat more. You should never drop below 1200 pounds as your body will try to store food and you be tired all of the time. Your body will try to conserve energy because it thinks you are starving.

Rather than counting calories, try to make sure that you are meeting the nutrition pyramid.
1-2 meat
2-3 milk
3-4 fruit
3-4 vegetable
4-6 bread and cereals
This way you will get the required nutrients and enough calories. Also eat three small meals and 2-3 snacks. This helps control blood sugar and will give you energy.
"Starving " is exactly right. You need to eat at least 1500 calories every day or your body will go into "starvation mode" and hang onto every calorie, plus then when you stop eating such a limited diet you'll gain a lot as your body tries to save calories for the future. Eat 1500 cals a day and get plenty of exercise.

As for right now, choose a low-fat, high protein and fiber snack (Slice of toast with peanut butter and a glass of skim milk, fruit, granola bar, fresh veggies with a vinaigrette dressing, etc). and eat more sensibly tomorrow so you don't do this again.

Losing weight IS NOT A MATTER OF WILLPOWER! It's making healthy changes you can stick with because you really enjoy them.
Just go eat some almonds in yogurt. It is low cal and will fill you up.
