you should lose about 2-3lb's a week.
Eat good and exercise.
Eat foods low in sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fat. Never go above 100% for each one each day (on food label). I'm guessing your a teen, so you need a minimum of 1800 calories for proper growth. If you aren't, 1400 is minimum.
Exercise 45 minutes 4 or 5 days per week. You can run, or weight lift to get toning results. Anything that keeps you moving and sweating.
i would say walking and staying busy like working. also eat right. u dont have to starve your self. just want ever u eat dont eat a big portion.i lost almost 50 pounds in 2 months doing so. WALK WALK WALK!!!
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
